Delaware County Deeds Eviction Laws In Delaware County PA?

Eviction Laws in Delaware County PA? - delaware county deeds

We are looking for a house that was forclosed on more than 90 days to buy. A friend of the family that wants to sell this house with us, now is the new owner and has enacted the law. I think the evacuation process needs to begin now, but I'm not sure how long it will last and what the rights of the man who remains limited. We expected later in the fall (of the house to go to the sheriff's sale was in April), but it seems to take forever May, and we need to make this transaction possible irreversible. I find no information about this part of the process of foreclosure. Any tips?

Contact the bar association and see if they have a legal notice to you, and some lawyers free initial consultations to make. What you should know the laws and legal regulations of your state and municipality. Since you do not know who responded to a board of public reaction, I recommend your local Bar Association, the Housing Court ... etc for an adequate response and adequate, especially with such a challenge. Good luck.
