Why not try to boil Kathmandu, an Indian, Nepalese restaurant in Sacramento? It is located in 1728 Broadway, Sacramento, CA is located. Their number is (916) 441-2172. They have an "all you can eat for the lunch buffet 11 $ 8.99-3pm. It is well reviewed, and about 1-3pm, not too many people that you collect a lot of fun in a buffet.
Another proposal is Gam Lei Sig p. 918, rue S. They are very good lunch menu for about $ 5.00 per meal. It is very good and the restaurant is never too full.
I love Mexico, and I must say Cabos restaurant.
They have in Rocklin and Granite Bay.
